If you cancel before we have started production there will not be a cancellation fee.
If your order is already in progress, a cancellation charge of 25% will be charged.
We are pleased to offer our customers low flat-rate per-item shipping anywhere within the continental United States. Shipping charges are $16 for the first item in your order and $2.50 for each additional item in your order. As always, orders over $500 ship for free.
Refunds and Returns
If you make a measurement mistake don’t worry, it happens to the best of us.
E-mail us with the correct information and to get a Return Authorization Number.
You must return up to 2 rolling shelves within 14 business days of receiving them marked with the Return Authorization Number.
We will remake up to 2 new rolling shelves for 40% off upon receipt of the original shelves. To ensure the best possible product we always create a new rolling shelf instead of retrofitting the original.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the original shelves.
If we make a mistake on a size or missing parts:
E-mail us immediately within 14 business days of receiving it.
We will get the correct pieces shipped out promptly along with a shipping label and Return Authorization Number to return any incorrect items postage paid.
If you’re not happy with the product and would like a refund:
E-mail us immediately to get a Return Authorization Number.
Send us the product back within 14 business days of receiving it marked with the Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
We will refund your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.

For as long as you own your home, if you encounter manufacturing defects with your Miracle Shelves product, please email us and we’ll take care of you.
