Q: Can I install Miracle Shelves into my old cabinets?
Yes, our shelves can be built to fit any space, old or new. Customers have even updated their historical homes.
Q: Why do you bottom mount instead of mounting to the sides of the cabinet?
Mounting to the bottom shelf offers a much stronger installation. Mounting to the sides also requires installing spacers to build out the cabinet and they are not as durable or aesthetically pleasing.
Q: I found other DIY sites that sell for less. Why are your pull-out shelves more expensive?
We are the only premium DIY pull-out shelving company in the USA. Our pull-outs include hardware that would be considered add-ons if you purchased elsewhere. For example, our rails are full extension and will support up to 100lbs and we even include the shelf bumpers, brackets and screws.
Q: What is 9-ply Baltic Birch?
The Baltic Birch used to construct your shelves are first grade, meaning it is the highest grade and defect-free, suitable for joinery, furniture and architectural interiors. Baltic Birch ply is very strong and takes glue and nails very well.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
Our shelves are covered by a lifetime warranty.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
It takes approximately 3 weeks to receive your order within the USA.
Q: What if I measure wrong?
We understand that mistakes happen. You may return up to two pull-out shelves for a minimal charge and we will replace them. For more information please see our Refunds & Returns policies.
Q: How can I pay for my shelves?
We accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal. Simply fill in the information required in our secure check-out to place your order.
Q: Will I need to purchase anything for the installation?
We include the materials for the shelving, metal slides, screws to mount, and instructions. While your kit(s) are being shipped to you (1-2 weeks), we recommend buying L-Brackets (if you need to secure the shelf you are mounting to), Carpenters Glue and 1.5″ long finishing nails (to stabilize assembly, personal preference). Corner Bumpers can be used if you wish to protect the wood from scratches.
